The staff at Rolling Green hopes that your day on the course will not only be enjoyable, but timely also. In order to accomplish this, Rolling Green has established a standard rules of procedures which will allow your outing to get from the parking lot, on the golf course and to the pavilion in a hassle-free, timely manner. Rolling Green Golf Club would like to urge you to use the following procedures, it will make your day much easier!

Step 1: A phone call from the group's organizer one month prior to the date of your outing. This phone call will be to confirm numbers of players, catering arrangements, or to discuss any special arrangements. This phone call should be made prior to this date.

Step 2: A phone call from the group's organizer one week in advance of your outing. This phone call will be made to give us what we call ' "hard confirmation". A "hard confirmation" is the total number of foursomes you will be bringing to the golf course on the day of your outing. Any groups falling more than 2 foursomes(8 golfers) short of their "hard confirmation" will be asked to pay the difference between their minimum and the actual number of players. This phone call should be made prior to this date.

We request 1/2 of the money two weeks prior to your outing date. Rolling Green Golf Club has established this procedure as an alternative to the current trend of requiring the golfers VISA card number as collateral for establishing a tee time. In addition, by keeping in touch with us, we will be able to adjust the number of tee times which your group will require. This will allow us to fill in unused tee times, or give you a little extra time if there are extra players. A list of foursomes for the starter would be helpful to us and yourself. If the pavilion or Banquet Hall is used, it is to be cleaned and vacated by dark. Questions? Please call, we are problem solvers.

Thank you for choosing Rolling Green Golf Club for your golf outing needs!
